Pagudpud Ilocos NortePagudpud, Ilocos Norte, a coastal resort town at the northernmost tip of the island of Luzon, embodies my idea of an idyllic tropical paradise — a stretch of pristine, white sand beach, crystal blue waters, and no crowd.

Ugu Bigyan Potter’s Garden in Lusacan, Tiaong, Quezon, is a two-part experience. The different forms of pottery displayed all over the place is a feast for the eyes, and the tasty meals are definitely a unique gastronomical delight.

Vigan Heritage Village A trip to Vigan is a trip to the past. Traversing the streets of Vigan Heritage Village at night makes that trip extra special.

Art enthusiasts vacationing in Baguio City ought to treat themselves to a visit to the artsy house of Peter Pinder at Km.8 Asin Road. Peter specializes in fiberglass sculptures and his artworks can be seen right from the roadside and the gate, up to every corner of his house.
